City Reach Prayer
is an extension of the Pastors' Prayer Fellowship
of the Church in Sonoma County California. It's
purpose is to disciple and mobilize the united
prayer of the body of Christ in Sonoma county
for the transformation of our people, churches
and community.
If the Spirit moves you come join us and pray,
